If you include reply envelopes with your mailed invoices, we suggest removing these for future billing cycles. Removing reply envelopes is a super easy way to encourage customers to use an alternative payment option and increase the number of customers paying electronically. As a bonus, removing reply envelopes from future mailings will also save you the cost of printing those envelopes!
