To serve your needs, a team of experts has been assigned to your business. Heading up that team is your Service Account Manager (SAM). Your SAM provides training and is your go-to person for anything you need from PSN. Here are the best ways to contact your SAM.

WHO IS YOUR SERVICE ACCOUNT MANAGER (SAM)

To find out who your SAM is, return to the PSN AMC. At the bottom of the page is your SAM and their direct contact information. ​Read on to find the best way to contact your SAM.

SUBMIT A TICKET

The best method of contacting your SAM is to submit a ticket. Return to the PSN AMC and in Quick Links, select Submit/Monitor Online Tickets. When you submit a ticket, the process is monitored to assure that your issue is addressed.

EMAIL 

The second best method is to email your SAM (find email in AMC). If you SAM is out of the office, you can email SAM@PaymentServiceNetwork.com. Another staff person will address your needs.

CALL 

Office hours for your SAM are 8:00-5:00 weekdays. Your SAMs direct phone number is listed towards the bottom of the homepage of the AMC. If your SAM is on vacation or out for the day and your issue needs immediate attention, you can call the SAM support line at 866-917-7368 option 3. Another SAM will assist you.
